A very good copy of Skull-Face and Others, and a nice example of Howard's major hardcover collection of horror and fantasy tales. First Edition and Printing published by Arkham House in Saulk City, Wisconsin in 1946. Hardcover with the unclipped dust jacket (priced at $5.00). Featuring an Introduction by August Derleth and contributions by H.P. Lovecraft and E. Hoffmann Price the collection features tales of Conan, King Kull, Soloman Kane and many more. Condition: 8vo. 6.5 x 9.5 - 474 pages. Very good in a Very good minus dust jacket. Rubbing to the boards and spine with softening to the spine ends, a small stain to the lower right edge of the first few pages and several interior pages. The dust jacket has some chipping to the fold and spine ends, with some foxing and staining to the distinctive and colorful cover art by Hannes Bok and older tape repairs visible on the jacket verso. Overall, a very good copy and one of just 3,000 copies of the first edition printed.
