One of just 125 signed and numbered hardbound copies, this copy given the very low #005, and signed on the colophon as called for by Burroughs. According to the Colophon page there were an additional 26 lettered and signed hardbound copies and 349 copies bound in wrappers (not signed). Condition: 4to. 6 1/4 x 9 1/2 - 54 pages plus the signed colophon page at the rear. Publishers' quarter cloth binding sewn and bound by Bela Blau; paper covered boards featuring the portrait of Burroughs on the cover by David Hockney. Paper labels to spine and colored endpapers; A very good or better copy lacking the rare cellophane wrapper and with just a tiny bump to the upper corners and a bit of sunning to upper and lower edges.
